The ‘Portrush penthouse’ is a stylish, central self-catering holiday apartment with beautiful, panoramic sea views over the Atlantic Ocean.  It is located a few walking minutes from both East and West strand beaches as well as the pretty harbour.  The train station is across the road (although you would not know - noise levels are so low) and it’s only a 10 minute walk from Royal Portrush golf course.  The Apartment boasts of a private, glass balcony on the second floor – from which you can watch the waves, soak up the sun or simply people watch.  It’s an ideal location for couples or families to explore the north coast.

The space

The apartment is self-contained on the second floor – accessed by a keypad – no keys required!  It is accessed via 2 flights of stairs as there is no lift.  Within the same block there are 4 other self-contained apartments. 

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted including a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and all the important dishwasher!

The spacious living room area is equipped with a smart TV.  Both bedrooms also benefit with TVs. 

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, with a) king size bedroom and b) 2 x single beds and c) the option of additional double sofa bed in the living room. A travel cot is also available on request – this should be requested before arrival.

There is one main bathroom which is complimented with usual facilities including a walk in shower as well as a bath – particularly useful for young families!

What’s included:

A COVID care pack, sun loungers, crisp hotel quality bedding, toiletries, towels, standard kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, an iron, airer and a hair dryer is also made available for your use.

Dish washer tablets, fairy liquid, disposable dish and drying cloths will also be left.

Wifi is available in the apartment too.

 

Guest access

Access to the apartment block and the apartment (no. 4) is via keypads.  You will have the whole, top floor apartment to yourselves so please relax, have fun & make yourselves at home.

 

On street parking is available outside and has no time restrictions, however on busy times spaces may not be available. There is a large free carpark located on Dunluce Avenue just around the corner from the apartment.  Alternatively, you can park at the West Strand car park and take a 5 minute walk (past Barry’s Amusements) to the apartment on Eglinton Street.
